Since our founding in 1909, in the heart of CASTILLA LA VIEJA, every day we work and commitment to continue manufacturing in a craft our cheeses. Our secret is the knowledge and experience inherited from our ancestors, true pioneers of the cheese industry in Spain.


    Thanks to this background and the milk produced by “Churra” ewes grazing on these lands that feed on fresh herbs and aromatic plants of our fields, and later on, the slow and rigorous process of aging the cheese in cellars, achieve a right combination resulting MONTEVIEJO our speciality. A dry cheese which stores in its strong flavor all the ewe milk bonanza.
